Project: Renewal of windows to UPVCu, external and internal redecorations

R & S Builders Ltd were appointed by the London Borough of Lambeth, as principal contractor, to carry out external and internal refurbishment of two blocks of flats situated within the West Norwood area of the borough.

These works were carried out whilst the blocks were fully inhabited. Our resident Liason Officer was permanently on-site at the Park Hall Road site compound to ensure smooth running of the contract and minimal inconvenience to the residents.

The works were carried out over a six month period and were completed within the contract period and within the client's budgetary contraints.
