Project: Complete internal and external refurbishment of Grade 2 listed building,
mechanical installation,
electrical installation.

During the entire contract, the building was fully occupied by residents and members of staff and operated its usual business. As a consequence, all works had to be scheduled around residents' needs.

The mechanical installation comprised of a full install of a new heating system to replace the existing outdated electrical storage system.

The electrical installation consisted of a complete upgrading of the entire electrical installation, including the removal of the redundant storage heating system, provision of new lighting, emergency lighting, new power installation and the provision of extraction equipment in the bathroom and w/c areas.

The building works comprised of complete refurbishment of the externals and internals of the building. Internally, all new sanitary, flooring, kitchen fittings and redecorations were carried out, as well as major re-configuration of the bathing facilities.
